Product Overview
The Klipsch The Sevens are a pair of Heritage-inspired powered monitors designed to provide a complete stereo system without the need for an external amplifier or AV receiver. Klipsch combines its long-established horn-loaded speaker technology with modern digital amplification and extensive connectivity, making The Sevens suitable for both traditional Hi-Fi systems and contemporary living spaces. The speakers feature a 1-inch titanium LTS vented tweeter with a Tractrix horn and a 6.5-inch high-excursion fiber-composite woofer in each cabinet. The bass-reflex enclosure uses a rear-firing port, while integrated amplification provides 200 watts of total system power, with bi-amplification for the high- and low-frequency sections. Klipsch specifies a frequency response of 39Hz–25kHz ±3dB and a maximum output of 112dB for the stereo pair. One of The Sevens' major strengths is their versatility.
The system includes HDMI-ARC, Bluetooth 5.0, optical digital, USB, 3.5mm analog and phono/line RCA connectivity, allowing the speakers to work with a turntable, television, computer, smartphone or other source without requiring additional amplification.
A dedicated subwoofer output is also provided for listeners who want to extend the low-frequency performance. The Black finish gives the speakers a restrained, contemporary appearance while retaining the traditional Klipsch Heritage design language. The cabinets use MDF construction with genuine wood veneer, complemented by metal controls, fabric grilles and cork pads.
